Overview

At DIY Love, everything I create and host is made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. Because these services and products are personalized, I do have a few important policies to share:

Workshops/Parties

• All workshop/party registrations are final sale.
• If you or your guest is unable to attend a scheduled class, please note that no refunds are available for missed attendance.
• I’ll always do our best to accommodate you, whether that means transferring your spot to a friend/family member, painting your sign for you to pick up at your earlier convenience, or offering you early access to future workshop dates when possible.

Custom Orders

• Each custom gift is made to order just for you. For this reason, all custom orders are non-refundable.
• If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., an error on my end), please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item so I can make it right.

Our Commitment

I want every experience with DIY Love to be positive. While I can’t offer refunds on workshops or custom items, I’ll always do my best to accommodate special circumstances and ensure you leave with something you love.
